Mission & Vision


The mission of the National Caribbean-American Foods and Foodways Alliance – (NCAFFA- Caribbean Food Alliance), founded in May 2010, is to support, promote, inform, collaborate and educate (SPICE) on Caribbean foods and culinary traditions.


To serve as a forum where  food establishments,  caterers, food producers, food related products producers, cookbook authors and persons with an interest in Caribbean foods can interact.
